History
was made on April 26th when Epsom & Ewell Colts U15s completed the
club's first Surrey Youth League, League and Cup double by beating
Meadow Sports 2-1 in the Invitation Cup Final.
In a fiercely competitive final played in great spirit by both teams, goals from Marcus Lovett and Alex Mapley secured victory at Molesey FC's Walton Road Stadium.
This
cup success comes a week after clinching the Division 1 title with
a 6-3 victory over Kingstonian Youth Colts. Unbeaten in the league
since mid-November (their only defeat to date), Epsom & Ewell will
look to continue their good run of form in their final two games.

Following the League wins for Mark Fitch's U14's and Dave Mulcahy's U12's, today has seen even more success. Well done to Phil Eccles U15's side who today clinches their league title in the Surrey Youth League and to Dave Mulcahy's U12's who after a close encounter at Merland Rise achieved the double by winning the league cup.
We have two more cup finalists, the U15's again going for the double next week and Phil Eccles U9's on 9th March. Also a number of teams are still competing for second or third in their divisions.
Well done to everyone concerned.
