How to Register a NEW Colts Player
*Please note that all THREE of the following steps of the Epsom & Ewell Colts FC Registration Process MUST be followed to register a new player for your Colts team. ONLY when these three steps are fully complete will that player will be eligible to play for Epsom & Ewell Colts FC*
Send an email to Will Cooper at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information for the new player:
- Full Name
- Team Name e.g. U16 Whites
- Parent Email Address
A Colts website profile will be generated for the new player which will send a link via email to the parent asking them to complete their son / daughter's online profile, including their medical record.
PLEASE NOTE: If this crucial first step is not completed the new player will NOT be covered by the club's insurance.
PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES (if applicable)
If a club registration fee is applicable, please direct the parent(s) to this Colts website page, which details more information about club registration fees and payment options: http://www.epsomandewellcolts.co.uk/registration_payments
PLEASE NOTE: Full Registration Fees remain payable if a player joins a Colts team before the end of that season's calendar year. For example, for the 2017/18 season, full fees are payable if the player joins a team before 1 January 2018.
PLEASE NOTE: Email the Epsom & Ewell Colts FC Management Committee if there is a new player joining your team after the turn of the year for advice on the amount of Registration Fee to pay.

Registrations are completed by filling out paper applications, please contact either David Cook or another member of the Colts Management Committee for a copy of the registration form. Completed paper registration forms should then be passed to David who will obtain the player's ID card from the league.
Surrey Youth League:

Registrations are completed via the Prawn Sandwich website, please email Lewis Ede for advice on registering and access to the Prawn Sandwich system to allow you to register players and remove ones that have left.
Surrey County Women & Girls League:

PLEASE NOTE: 2 x Passport Photos and a 1 x Copy of the New Player's Birth Certificate or Passport are normally required to register for ALL leagues, so please arrange to obtain these from the new player's parent at the earliest possible opportunity.
