Use the following steps and information to complete your user profile on TeamFeePay. The club will be using this platform for the 2025/26 season to manage player registrations, team management and fees. There are additional features in TeamFeePay you can use to arrange and communicate with your squads for training, matches and events throughout the season.

TeamFeePay can be accessed via web browser at Login – TeamFeePay

You can also download the app for iOS or Android from your mobile App Store. Search for TeamFeePay. We strongly recommend you download and install the app to receive club notifications and manage player information. You can use the app to manage training and matchdays, but this is optional as we are aware many use Spond or other apps and may prefer this option.

Use this guide to get yourself set up. There are alternative options and a link to support if you get stuck, but this should only take you a few minutes to complete:

How to use TeamFeePay as a coach

Welcome to a guide on how to use the TeamFeePay system as a coach.

1. Initial Email

You will receive an email like this from TeamFeePay Support. If you have never set up your account before, it will be followed by an email with a temporary password. You can use this password to activate your account. Otherwise, you can continue to the next step.

2. Click “Login”

Click on the link in the email to log in. Enter your email address and the temporary password provided, or use your existing log in details if you’ve been with us before. Once happy with your email and password, and click on the Login button shown on screen.

3. T&Cs

For new users, you will also get prompted with Terms and Condition options. We recommend that you accept these and set your marketing preferences.

4. Click “News”

You will then be taken to your News Page, here you can see any recent News posted by club officials, and also access other useful parts of the system.

5. Click here

If you logged in as a new coach, you may want to change some of your settings. To do this, firstly click on the logo in the top right of the screen.

6. Click “My Profile”

7. Fill “[password]”

Firstly, you may wish to add your Head and Shoulder’s photo, which you can do using the section highlighted on screen

8. Click “Login Details”

Next, navigate to your Login Details using the tab across the top of the screen

Within this page, you can change your email and password. Once happy with your changes, click on Update. Next, we will navigate to your Dashboard. To do so, click on Dashboard within your sidebar

10. Click “2 selected”

Here, you have access to a variety of different screens and areas within the TeamFeePay system.

You can navigate to these areas using the sidebar on screen. This could be anywhere from viewing your own teams, to using our built-in chat functionality. To view further tutorials on these, visit our Help Centre, or directly contact your club admin for further guidance.

If you didn’t receive a temporary password (or can’t find it, use the following method):

The following steps are demonstrated using a mobile device, but will work equally via a browser:

1. Check your email

You have been added to the TeamFeePay portal as a Team Manager/Coach/Assistant for your 2024/25 season team.

Look for an email from TeamFeePay (we will communicate the date this was sent), which has been sent to the email address we have for you on the Club database.

Choose the “reset your password link” to create a new password.

If you can’t find any emails, please join the WhatsApp group below to confirm the email address to use

Add your registered email and select Request Reset

Note: If you cannot find the email invite, please check your Spam/Junk folder before contacting the club for further help.

2. Select a new password

Check the same email account for a reset link (check spam/junk if not received after a couple of minutes)

Select a new password, something secure and unique that you do not use for other websites or online services (we recommend use of a password manager like Apple keychain or Google password manager).

3. Login, Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions

Use your new password to log in, accept TeamFeePay’s T&Cs and select your marketing preferences

4. Review and Complete any outstanding Actions

This may include completing details in your user profile and adding a profile picture.

5. Explore the App!

Click on the menu icon (three lines in the top-left corner)

From here you can navigate to your team(s), events, coaches documents, chat function and help.

Take a look around and familiarise yourself with the options.

Note: You won’t see your players in there yet, we are onboarding Coaching Staff initially, so this is correct
