Our registration process is fairly simple.
STEP 1 Parent complete our ‘Join Us Form‘. In the notes add the name of the Team and Manager so we can place the player in the correct team.
STEP 2 Parent will receive an email from the club to complete the registration by providing player personal details, confirming medical history and emergency contact details.
STEP 3 Manager verify player details and send the following to [email protected] confirming allocation of a place in the team.
- Player’s full name.
- Full name, DOB and email address of the parent giving consent to register the player with the league.
- Passport size photo on a clear background and copy of ID confirming player’s DOB e.g. Passport or Birth Certificate.
STEP 4 Parent to pay fees via checkout on the player’s account My profile – Epsom & Ewell Colts FC
STEP 5 Parent will receive an email to give consent to register their child with the relevant League.
Registration Fees:
Our registration fees are very reasonable to make it affordable for any player to play for Epsom & Ewell Colts FC, however, we do have a ‘No Pay, No Play policy.
The £10 early payment discount is applicable to fees paid in full by 31 July and will initially be deducted from player fees. If the balance remains unpaid by the 1 August, the £10 will be added back to the account balance.
A £30 sibling discount is also available to parents with more than one player in the club. This discount does NOT apply to girl players as their fees are already discounted by the Club.

Other Costs, Such as Tournament Fees, Additional Specialised Coaching (Paid Training Session Coaches & Goalkeeper Training Sessions) will require a contribution from parents.
